Initiate Your Return
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.
Prepare the Package
Place the items in their original packaging, including the shoebox or dust bag, and secure them inside a sturdy shipping carton.
Attach the Label
Download and print the prepaid UPS shipping label from the portal and affix it to the outside of your package, ensuring any old labels are removed.
Drop Off and Track
Drop off your package at any authorized UPS location and keep your tracking number; your refund will be processed within 7-10 business days of receipt.
